Crash...Bang!! ...Boom.....

As we drove home from the tractor pull we could see lightening in the west and north. "I think it will miss us to the north"....wife tells husband. "I don't know...the closer we get to home, the closer it gets to us."...says smart husband to wife. We arrived home a bit after midnight and the lightening and thunder...flash....crack....boom...and rain begins. I had to take a quick shower, because I was so smart to save places for our lawn chairs right at the 300' line and we were all showered with dirt from the tires all night. My hair is about dry and the storm is quieting a bit, so I better get some sleep. I have a huge tub of tomatoes to can tomorrow! I am going to guess 20 quarts...will update tomorrow to see how close I was! =)
