I still go to therapy three times a week. Some of the days are better than others. Cory is a good therapist and encourager. He knows I want to make progress and I do NOT want to lose any ground. (I don't think he would let me lose ground anyway.... ) Though it is only for a second or less, he has pushed me to the end on three of my "sets". Oh, mama, it is painful, but at least I know that my arm/shoulder can still go there! I will keep plugging away....
I made the t-shirt with one of
Micheal's old ones..... no pain...no gain...It has rubber bands all over it, too! I put
Velcro in the shoulder seam, so I can get my arm out easily to be worked on.
We are on our last field of soybeans today. We are so thankful. When it was raining about every other day....we were wondering if we would ever get them done!

Now you just need to draw in some "bendy" black lines around your shoulder on the photo to show cracking and crunching action ;)
