We played Aggravation the other night with Brian and Rylie.... =)
Andy got in late Thursday night..a little after 11 pm. We visited for a bit and hit the hay. Our furnace has been out for several days and it is just cool enough at night that we need a bit of heat, I we turn the oven on and leave the door ajar for an hour or so to take off the chill. It needs a new furnace, so they are replacing it next Thursday.
We found out yesterday in the local newsletter, that the pool finally opens on Sunday...(and it is supposed to be in the mid 70's that day, so I wonder how full that is going to be!! I see a few kids coming in and out here, but I also know the snowbirds from Canada were the most frequent users last year. Michael will be so pleased!!
We had supper last night with Wayne, Kent and Ann Marie, friends of the boys. Andy, Brian and Rylie and the three of us all went to the Elephant Bar Restaurant. I loved the decorating and got full from the appetizers alone!! Fun to see the Porters again. Wish Julie and the little girls were able to come. =)
No big plans for today...just enjoying spending time with the boys and Rylie. Andy was going to visit friends that moved from NE a few years ago....late this morning. Steve might head over to PIR (raceway) and watch the cars today. Michael and I will head over to Brian's. We are going to try to find the basketball and air it up. He has been bugging those brothers to go play basketball with him, and these have been the nicest days down here since Thanksgiving ..they say....so will try to take advantage of them!! (the boys and the nice weather..hehehe =)
