I made this poster to hang on his wall. He has been battling some bacterias that are not responding to antibiotics and has not been eating or drinking. He has one nurse that he just loves and we are thankful for her care for him. He always smiles when she is there. =)

Dad's Birthday....
I am hoping to head down to Kansas City on Saturday to visit my Dad and Step-mom and step-sisters and families . Tomorrow is my dad's 79th birthday. I haven't been down since Father's Day weekend.

Sandy...you're so stinkin' creative!! I would have NEVER thought of doing this! It'll make him swell with pride (good pride!) when he see's how full his quiver is! Makes me determined to pray all the harder! ;) Love how your kiddies held there hands in just the right place to hold the letters for grandpa!
