It was a great break to be able to get out last night and attend the Ladies Salad and Dessert Evening at church. The fellowship hall was transformed to Lake Will-Be-Gone, MN, to a homey front porch where "Prairie Hills Companion" radio show was broadcast. Carol had been working on this skit some time and her writing ability was shining last night!
Doesn't she have a great smile!
It is hard to believe this porch set is made of styrofoam!
There were three different areas of food like this all brought in by the ladies....yum!
Many small groups of hymns and jingles. This was the last with all groups toward the end of skit.
"Marilyn Wellor" was the "hostess" of the radio show.
Gale shared her beautiful testimony. She was not only humerous, but inspirational and shared her gift of writing and speaking.
