The forecast for today is 70°+. Our record is 72°. It will be a busy day, but I hope to enjoy some of that warm! I take Michael to work, and go to therapy. From there I head straight to Columbus to pick up some parts and when I get back, I hop up in a tractor and learn how to disk again. I will have all of our lunches packed so we can all keep busy and not have to stop.
You know how it is.....I did disk and run the shredder last year and the year before, but I have to be shown again, just what to do. You would think it would be like riding a bike...once you know...you know. Well, it doesn't take me too long to catch back on, and it is pretty important to get it right, so I love to be shown again....plus we get to spend a little time together, and that is always nice. This tractor has the GPS in it as well, so I can take some music and my bookwork along, and work on it while it is going through the field. When I get close to the end, it buzzes at me to say "wake up dummy..you are going to need to turn around in a minute...". Isn't that amazing? But you know...I can still screw up. If anyone can...it would be me.
I am sure I will remind my better half of the farm wife rules again this year, as I have since they were invented years ago. He knows them, but I still enjoy reminding him. You do know them, don't you? They are very adaptable to your household as well, I bet, and are so very simple.....

Thanks again for the reminder! I will be sure to remind Curt again, since this can apply to helping a guy ANYWHERE, especially in finishing a basement. :-)
