Pot O' Soup

Even though it is 52 degrees this morning, I thought I would put soup in the crock pot so we would have it when we get in. We got up and went to Sam's Club for hubby's vitamins (that I forgot in NE) and he went and got the car washed and detailed. I am getting soooo spoiled! I am used to washing and cleaning the car at home. We don't even have a hose here...let alone a car wash brush. It is a rare thing if I even run it through a car wash...except in cold weather when I have all that put away for winter. This afternoon I have some running around for supplies for shower invitations I am making ....for "you know who" =). Michael is always up for shopping. It is so fun having so much....so close by. When you are 10 miles from the nearest grocery store....it is fun to have so much even within walking distance!

I made an appointment for therapy on my shoulder again for next Wed. I can walk to that as well. I am losing a bit of ground on one of the rotations....and I have worked too hard to get where I am at...so I will go and have it "cranked around on" here a few times until I get back, and see if I can at least maintain! I still do at least two sets of exercises a day, and usually still three. Steve tries to help with the tough one, but....oh, mama, it is really hurting again, and we did five of them at therapy right before I left and two of them are killing me here! I'll go see what is going on.

Really enjoying lots of walks, and do feel bad for all of you getting all the snow and cold. Those days are so long....unless you have a house full of kids to get snowed in with and can play games and eat popcorn all day. Those were some fun, memory making times! Did you kids love that as much as I did?? =)

Michael is starving...it is best to feed him now.... hehehe.. =)

Yum-ola! The veg beef soup sounds awesome, and the walks outside too. Let us know how therapy went, that is a bummer to go through that pain again. Sending hugs!

That soup DOES look good!!! It's almost 0 again tonight...just too cold for humans!

I had to laugh when Amy and I had dinner...I made tilapia and she said after a couple of bites, "I think I'll go over to Sandys for soup."

I agreed!

Sorry to hear about your shoulder pain again. Maybe we can do something about that in 3 weeks!

I whipped up a pot o' chili last night, but this soup will be on order within the week! (maybe I'll just make a batch for myself since it's not appreciated as much by the rest of my family) ;)

Hope the therapy down there is as successful (even though it won't be as much fun!) as it is here in NE.

I may not have liked the veggie soup as a kid, but I sure do like it now! It was really good!
