Come on now...give me some ideas....

What are YOU having for supper??? Come on..give it up!!! I feel like we are in a rut and if some of you let me know what you are having...maybe I have enough stuff on hand to make it too!! Last night we had breaded pork cutlets, macaroni and cheese and corn, and I must say...that was waaaay too much yellow on my plate! =) We had taco salad the night before. I have been making them eat fresh fruit or a jar of peaches or pears from the basement and graham crackers for desserts, and have tried to stay away from baking a lot. None of us need it, and I just re-stocked us on apples, bananas and fresh strawberries......and I even picked up a watermelon today...hope it has some flavor this early!

Yum....I can almost smell it from here, Kate! I went to see if I had another pack of turkey left, and there was a pkg of chicken fried rice left in there. Grabbed a pack of whole wheat tortillias and we'll have wraps for supper. I cut into that watermelon..and even though it is only in the 40's..that is a good watermelon! ...that will be our salad/dessert! Thanks for directing me to chicken! ...but that soup still sounds yummy!! I could eat some kind of soup every day!!!

Salmon, baked sweet potatoes and spinach salad here tonight!!!

No dessert...cutting out the sweets for awhile till I rid my body of these virus leftovers!

I told Adam today and he said "yuk"! Good thing he's not coming to my table tonight!

That would have been good, too! I have salmon and the sweet potatoes, but no salad...used that all on the taco salad..and hubby couldn't have spinach, but he can have the whitest lettuce..a little anyway. Our watermelon was real good!! ..that was our dessert. The guys said they were still hungry, so I promised popcorn with our game later... =)

We had bq teryaki chicken from T.Joe's, brown rice, stir fried brocc/caul/peppers and cantaloupe on the side.

There is now a 50/50 tie between the teryaki and the mandarin chicken dish...not sure which will win out...and there are so many more to try from there!

Stir frys are easy, healthy, and you can have so much variation. For you it's trickier though, avoiding all that dark green/vitamin K stuff.

Our usual Fri nite pizza is tomorrow night :)

HAHA - I'm a failure! How do I compete with the menu's the rest of you whipped up? I can tell you what NOT to make! Good 'ol grilled hamburgers, fries and steamed veggies here tonight, with cheesecake for dessert. Shame, shame, shame!

Oh yea...one of the biggest requests around here!! Sounds like summer!! =) We will be firing up that grill soon, as we are supposed to be in the 70's by next weekend! ...(I'm not telling Michael..he'll want to move to YOUR house! =)

Amy made Brian gilled hamburgers, french fries and tonsil coolers for dinner last night. Ya'll know what a tonsil cooler is, don't cha??

Than again...it IS very warm down there! I think I would chill to the bone with one of those tonight! I had a cup of hot tea when I came home from Ally's this afternoon!

SUCH a good question!!! I added this idea to my sidebar on my blog! Of course, I won't change a thing for a week, making it look like I cook the same thing..but hey....everyone who knows me, know's I will be cooking out and eating out for a week! : )
