Another Seizure......

Michael had another seizure in the night. He had gotten up to go to the bathroom and was headed back out and fell in front of the sink. It just seems so long before he gets through it. He just gets so exhaused. We finally got him up and back to bed and are letting him sleep in this morning. I'll listen to church on the internet. We will call the Dr. again in the morning. Not sure if he will increase his meds some more or add another one. Thanks for your prayers for him.....

Thanks again for your prayers and concerns. We will call in the morning. The only thing that we can connect with all of them 1. the early ones in his life were because we were weaning him off / or he/we/ had forgotten some doses of his meds. The past few he has taken all of his meds, but 2. each time he was in front of a tv/dvd player or had spent a good amount of time in front of a big screen tv. I did some research and do know that light and flickering lights can be a trigger. I will talk about these things tomorrow with his neuologist. The one thing I know for sure is that he is in GOOD HANDS for God already knows and I am trusting Him with this. Gil's sermon was soooo good this morning and God always knows exactly what we need. I wonder how many people this morning thought that sermon was just for them....... =)

Oh Sandy, I'm glad I checked blogs this morning. We will be praying. Aren't you thankful that you had the CAT scan...so you know things are okay from that standpoint?

Thankful for the Internet in times like these, huh?

Poor Michael~

What meds is he on? Dose he need his levels checked? Is he getting sick or has he been stressed?

Seizures are awful! I have no idea how my Miss Brittany deals with nightly GM's.

Though I know you are "seasoned" in dealing with some of these issues with Michael's health, I know that it must be so hard to see him go through these times, too. Know that we are praying for Michael's physical condition, but also, rejoice for the spiritual grace and growth that is yours as you continue to learn to trust in the Lord. I cannot put into words what an example you are to me!!! Love you much, friend and keep us posted.
