The Sun is Shining.... =)

Yesterday, Toni and Lisa came at noon and we visited while Dad ate his lunch, then the girls took me to lunch at a cute little place in Parkville. There are lots of little shops up and down the street. I had a yummy chicken Cesar salad and we walked through several little shops before coming back. It was good to spend time with them. =)

Today, Shauni flew in to visit so she and Toni stopped by this afternoon. Toni told me that she is going to be grandma!! Chad and Shauni's baby is due around the first of November. I am so happy for them and pray he gets back from Afghanistan before the baby comes!

Dad sleeps lots! He is eating good and tomorrow I am giving him a much needed haircut. I have been after him to shave the last couple of days. He does a little bit and then wears out. I tried to help him shave, but it is so long that it is pulling bad. I am going to get after him to finish up around his chin when he wakes again. Maybe I should have him grow a goatee like Michaels..ya think??? =)
